Ingezonden: Summer School of Food Hygiene 2017

This year our 6th Summer School of Food Hygiene which is organized by the Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology of the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical University Brno, Czech Republic will take place from 10th July to 4th August. The course welcomes undergraduate and doctoral students of the veterinary faculties as well those who want to extend their practical and theoretical skills and knowledge in the area of milk and meat hygiene and technology, food quality and safety and veterinary public health.
